- Where are the cufflinks produced?
- All are produced in Andalucia, Spain
- What base metal do you use for the Gold Plated 18k cufflinks?
- Silver
- Why do you only offer 18 karat gold?
- It is the best balance between strength and beauty
- 18k gold is 18 parts gold to 6 parts other metal so is alot more pure than 9k gold which is only 9 parts gold and 15 parts other metal (in fact in the USA nothing less than 10 karats can legally be marked or sold as gold jewellery)
- What gemstone authentification do you provide?
- Each cufflink with a diamond or other gemstone will include a Certificate of Authentification
- What Bespoke service do you offer?

- What are your delivery times?
- 18k Gold cufflinks: these are made to order so normally take about 3 weeks
- 18k Gold Plated cufflinks: some we have in stock so are ready for immediate dispatch. Otherwise lead times are about 3 weeks if it needs to be produced to order
- How do you deliver?
- We use various reputable next day Delivery Companies. You will need to sign on receipt of delivery
- What are payment terms?
- 18k Gold cufflinks: we take a 35% deposit with order and the remaining balance on dispatch to you
- 18k Gold Plated: Full amount is taken at time of order
- How are the cufflinks packaged?
- 18k Gold cufflinks are in a presentation box
